Created by a Master Chocolatier & admitted lover of dark chocolate, Author, Speaker, Presenter and Acclaimed Genetic Supertaster! Attend an in-person group event or online Chocolate Tasting or Chocolate Pairing. Many-a-moon were spent in the West Indies on chocolate expeditions exploring the Dark Side of Chocolate and the medicinal study of Theobroma Cacao (Chocolate)
You can pre-order our seasonal Hot Chocolate Cocoa Mixes. Try our Classic Milk, Vintage Dark or Witches Brew - It's a very Black Cherry Hot Cocoa. Next, we welcome Cocoa Brine - a rich smooth classic cocoa with pink Himalayan salt. Other winter flavors for the holidays and Valentines are just around the corner!
Oh! don't forget the Handcrafted Marshmallows...
Spring 2023 again Previews Le Petit Gateaux (French for little cakes) will be showcased in the early part of 2023 for Valentine's Day in 2 spectacular looks and flavors! Then in the Summer of 2023 here again, our Campfire Smores will make their warm weather debut! If you have had our Small Batch handcrafted Marshmallows, then you know how good these Epic Smores are!

Part studio, part production facility, tasting room and school we are all things chocolat. Whether it's a pop-up chocolate shop, chocolate boxes or limited-edition collections for the holidays, an interactive tasting event, a tasting kit or a gift for a friend, you never know what's poppin in the Chocolate Confectionary Kitchen. Yummy seasonal products, trunk Shows, online ordering, speaking events, in-person & Zoom Tasting Events or Chocolate Business School we are booking now through the Summer of 2023

Our Production/Shipping Schedule:
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches which means we don't shelf stock any yummies. All products are made to order. Please allow ample time when placing your order. We produce on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Wednesday and Friday as ship to days. if your order was received after Monday @ noon your order will be put onto our following weeks production schedule as your ship to date. All orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate.
Return/Damage Policy
We do not accept any yummy returns as they are food items. If there is an issue with damage to your order, just email us and we will be happy to make you happy. Unfortunately we cannot accept tasting square kits returns. Any damaged tasting kits received MUST be returned unopened for return credit.
Helpful Product Tips:
You can reheat dark Chocolate Gravy. If Gravy is thick thin with H20, reheat, whisk and serve. All products are best consumed within 7 days of purchase. Gravy goes wonderful with chicken on sweet strawberries, with cheeses, crackers, even ice cream.
Try baking with our hot cocoa for a truly chocolate dessert-great as a liquid replacement in cakes and desserts where water or milk is called for.
